I usually Dedicate myself to one server but recently got banned from my recent main server with my friend Eric after we left Mountain Role play which I loved and played on for weeks. I am very active and am home schooled so I am always by my computer. I am very obedient to the rules and always Active when playing. (last night I was on for 13 hours playing) And I plan on Dedicating my self to this server and supporting it all I can. -Information About Past- Have you ever been banned from a server(Gmod or Not)?: I have been banned once from a server called Mountain roleplay Have you ever been VAC banned or caught for hacking?:  If So, please explain and detail the situation: Nope I never have -Information About Being Staff- Have you ever been staff before?:  If so, please list communities, ranks, durations, and reasons for leaving: Yes I have been head-Admin of Mountain Role play for a while and Recently got banned because I left the server after all the Owner (Ajax) Abused his powers making a player leave, Which made me and another staff call him out and we left making Ajax demoting and banning me permanently. How do you (or would you) handle admin sits? (30 words minimum): Teleport the player making the report. Then ask what happened and who did it and then Teleport the 2nd player and ask what his view was then with both players Statements check the logs then state the verdict and either punish or not punish the 2nd player then Return both and move on. Do you have any experience with ULX?: Yes Do you have a mic and Teamspeak?: No mic no Teamspeak got Discord though How long have you been on the server?: 2 Days 7 hours 37 minutes (at the time i made this App) How much a day can you be on?: Judging from last night up to 13 hours What is your goal and vision for being staff on |-PFG-|?: I plan to help the server be healthy and not filled with a bunch of trolls who pollute the server with Toxic behaviour. How will |-PFG-| grow from you being staff?: I will be able to take Sits while phoenix doesn't have to worry about anything so he can continue working on making the server great. How dedicated are you when you set your mind to something? Example(s) would be great: When i set my mind I focus on it all the time. When I first ever joined MRP in 2015 or 2016 (I forgot cause it was a while back) I Wanted to be the best and focused on leveling up and becoming level 40 and everyday i would play leveling up raiding and wouldn't stop until I reached my goal. (Until Ajax did a level wipe and restarted my level) How well can you work with others? How do you deal with co-workers you don't like? (20 Words minimum): I work with others well during sits usually i would provide them with info while they talk to the players. When i deal with a co worker i don't like I usually just ignore them but if we need to work together i'll usually co-operate with them and just try and forget i do not like them. Tell us why we should hire you over everyone else? (100 Words Minimum): I feel like because I am the most active player and most devoted to the server and want to help it grow like how MRP did. (Until Ajax started to be abusive and ignorant about the playerbase) I wish to become Mod to take the reports rather than the owner who should be caring about more important things like bugs/issues with the server rather than dealing with someone who got killed by a hitman during a hit and complaining it's rdm. Which is the reason I want to become Moderator for the server to help it be awesome.
